Before Levera, Alex founded Grayl, assisting clients with asset migration and due diligence. He has previously worked in M&A advisory at EF, leading initiatives in SaaS and private financing.
Carlos has over 7 years of experience in Asset Management and Corporate Banking, focusing on investment analysis and portfolio management. Since joining Levera, he has evaluated thousands of digital businesses to support financing and acquisitions. Previously, Carlos helped spearhead the launch of the Private Banking group at UnionBank of the Philippines.
With two decades in investment banking and private equity, Juan Ignacio has held senior positions at Merrill Lynch and Portobello Capital. His track record includes orchestrating over 100 transactions, notably the billion-dollar Maxam acquisition by Advent and the Técnicas Reunidas public offering.
